Whistleblower Andrew Frank talks about his open letter to Canadians (read more than 60,000 times in less than three days) explaining that the Government of Canada has labelled its own citizens "Enemies of the Government of Canada" and "Enemies of the People of Canada." The language was used as part of a threat made by the Prime Minister's Office to remove the charitable funding of ForestEthics Canada, an environmental critic and registered intervenor in the National Energy Board review of the proposed Enbridge Northern Gateway oil tanker and pipeline project. When a government starts calling its own citizens "enemies," it has lost its moral authority to govern.
